Bombers
Bombers may make a special attack instead of firing their rifles or other weapon. Their attack has a range of 8” and is at Strength 3. The number of bombers in the squad throwing bombs determines the number of hits the target may take. Models not throwing bombs may use weapons as normal or the unit may choose to assault.

Basic Training
A French veteran platoon of 7 models has 4 models within 8” of a German Assault platoon. This will cause D6 automatic hits if they all throw Bombs but one of the Veterans within bombing range is armed with a Chauchat as is another who is out of bombing range. With 2 LMGs available the French player chooses to bomb with 3 models causing D3 hits and shoot with all the other models in the unit rather than assault.
